Entering from the stern (reverse layout) via the semi-trad back deck you directly enter a recently refitted kitchen with brand new fridge and fitted LPG cooker. Hot Water is provided by a Paloma instant water heater. Leading on into the open plan lounge area heated by recently installed barrel stove and lots of handy shelving. The bathroom follows on, this has also recently been refitted, including a new vanity unity and wall cupboard, a fixed Elsan toilet and 4 ft bath. Lastly, we enter the bedroom with a full height hanging wardrobe area and lots of storage underneath the bed, as well as overhead cupboards and shelving. A lovely seating area at the bow of the boat, perfect for entertaining or eating alfresco on a summers evening.

The boat is powered by a Lister Petter LPWS3 and has charging from the engine’s alternator and solar panels. As well as a battery charger for when you are connected to the shoreline, mains power is provided by sockets through-out, which are powered directly from the shore power or the boats inverter. The hull was recently blacked with Bitumen and new anodes installed, June 2020. Currently “Brock” is on the bank, allowing a survey to be carried out at your leisure with-out incurring docking fees.
